We drink cacao as our experienced facilitator beautifully guides us through intention setting for the dance. Our sacred cacao is grown by Shamans in the Peruvian jungles. It is grown specifically for ceremonies and is said to be a heart opening medicine from the Gods!

And then we dance!

The music starts slow and chilled. The first few minutes are guided to bring you out of your head and into your body and your awareness.

You are encouraged to listen to your body and to allow it to move however if wants to move. You really don’t need to be able to dance. In fact rhythm has NOTHING to do with it. This is FREE dance where we just allow our bodies to move however they wish.

The music set is DJ’d in a wave starting slow, connecting you to the Earth, bringing you beautifully into your body and then it gradually builds and builds. Joyous high vibes! Incredible sounds that make you dance wildly and ecstatically, euphoria pumping through every single cell in your body!

It really is the most beautiful experience.

Most people arrive alone. Most people have made friends by the end, even though the whole practice is silent! This is a non judgemental space where you will be so welcomed and celebrated for just being you!
