I love this breathe! I love the music! I love the connection it gives me, and I love how much of a buzz I feel when I do it – totally euphoric, which is a favourite state of mine!!!
However, if you are angry, sad, scared etc, don’t do the Joy Breathe and expect it to work! These emotions are just too far apart on the emotional scale. Do it when you want uplifting or when you want to feel euphoric! Do it when you wake up.
