In our very busy lives, it isn’t always convenient to be able to lie down on the floor and do an hour long breathe every time an issue comes up.
It would be incredibly beneficial to breathe the whole hour breathe as much as you can, preferably every week!
But I live a crazy busy life to…….So I have created some mini breathes.
They will not be taking you to mind altering states of consciousness, but they will give you an idea of what a breathe is like and definitely do what the label says!!!
