In our very busy lives it isn’t always convenient to be able to lie down on the floor and do an hour long breathe every time an issue comes up! It would be incredibly beneficial to breathe the whole hour breathe as much as you can, and participate with me live on zoom every month.
But I live a crazy busy life too – so I have created some mini breathes.
These breathes do whatever they say on the label!
They soothe ‘anxiety’
They enhance ‘joy’
They comfort ‘fear’
They deepen your ‘meditation’
They get rid of a negative emotion and they enhance a positive one.
They are so perfect for when you don’t have too much time and you want to meditate or lift your spirits or work on an particular issue. It will quickly and directly take you through the emotion, expelling it leaving you feeling calm and serene.
It is very common to feel tingling all over you body, sometimes it can feel really strong. This is just the energy moving. It’s a good thing!
You may feel numbness, hot, cold or all of this!
Emotions may come up, sometimes very strongly. Just keep breathing, if it feels right breathe deeper into these emotions, they will soon pass.
All these things are really normal, just keep breathing!
Don’t worry if the beginning of the breathe feels like hard work after about 15 mins or so something awesome happens!!! A chemical called DMT (also known as the bliss molecule) starts to drip through your pineal gland, sending in waves of bliss throughout your whole body! So just hang in there!!!!
Be careful not to push the exhale. Just let the exhale fall away.
If you hands go very tight check that you are not pushing the exhale out. Just relax the exhale. Don’t worry about the hands it is just energy.
If anything feels too much slow the breathing right down.
Allow yourself time for some rest afterwards and drink lots of water for the rest of the day! Please get in touch if you have any more questions.
You will need…
Water.
Lip balm (the first 10 mins your lips /mouth can get quite dry. It doesn’t last!
Something to cover your eyes.
Notepad and pen (sometimes you will have profound experiences, always write down what happened after your breathe as often over time the memory lessens the profoundness of it.)
Blanket
Perhaps light a candle or burn some palosanto or some incense.
Big headphones if poss if not EarPods are still cool!
Turn off phone or turn onto airplane.
