To me, Soul Breathing is like visiting a whole host of Angels. A breathtaking, spiritual union with my highest self. Where I am loved beyond description. Where I am held and comforted. From this place, everything I no longer need is released, making space for my dreams to be heard and created. Calming and energising me at the same time.
Over time this blissful, euphoric state of being creeps into the mundane every day. Making me happier, making my life and my choices more effortless, making just being alive the most beautiful experience I have felt.

The Mini Breathes
In our very busy lives, it isn’t always convenient to be able to lie down on the floor and do an hour-long breathe every time an issue comes up. It would be incredibly beneficial to breathe the whole hour breathe as much as you can, preferably every week!
But I live a crazy busy life too – So I have created some mini breathes. They will not be taking you to mind-altering states of consciousness, but they will give you an idea of what a breathe is like and definitely do what the label says!!!
What to expect
The mini breathes do exactly what they say on the label! They get rid of a negative emotion, they enhance a positive emotion. They are so perfect for when you don’t have too much time and you want to meditate or lift your spirits or work on a particular issue and just uplift!
But the real magic is in the hour breathe.
Don’t worry if you don’t think you will be able to keep breathing for a whole hour, as something awesome happens after around 10-15 minutes. The breath takes on its own rhythm, the body just breathes itself and it becomes effortless.
It is very common to feel tingly all over your body, sometimes it can feel really strong. This is just the energy moving. It is a good thing!!
You may feel numbness, hot or cold or all of the above!
Emotions may come up, sometimes very strongly. Just keep breathing, if it feels right breathe deeper into these emotions, they will soon pass.
All these things are really normal, just keep breathing.
** be careful not to push the exhale. Just let the exhale fall away, don’t push it, don’t control it, just let it fall away. A sign that you are pushing the exhale may be your hands going very very tight. Don’t worry about this just keep breathing. Maybe slowing the breath down. Or breathing through your nose.
Allow yourself some rest time afterwards.
And drink lots of water for the rest of the day.
Preparing your container.
You will need…
Lip balm (the first 10 mins your lips /mouth can get quite dry. It doesn’t last!
Something to cover your eyes.
Notepad and pen (sometimes you will have profound experiences, always write down what happened after your breathe as often over time the memory lessens the profoundness of it.)
Perhaps light a candle or burn some palosanto or some incense.
Big headphones if poss if not EarPods are still cool!
Turn off phone or turn onto airplane.
